We aim to provide high-quality service with Broadcastly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Certain conditions and exclusions may apply, including digital product limitations.

Chattflow Enterprises ("we", "our", or "us") is a company based in Nairobi, Kenya. This Refund Policy explains our procedures regarding refunds for our Broadcastly WhatsApp business platform services.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paystack.com. Paystack acts as the merchant of record for all our transactions. This means that when you make a purchase, you're purchasing directly from Paystack, and the charge on your statement will show as "PADDLE.COM".

Paystack provides additional buyer protection and handles all payment disputes and chargebacks.

  • Service not delivered as promised

  • Account cancellation within trial period
