We aim to provide high-quality service with Broadcastly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Certain conditions and exclusions may apply, including digital product limitations.

All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all our transactions. This means that when you make a purchase, you're purchasing directly from Paddle, and the charge on your statement will show as "PADDLE.COM".

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds are processed for the current billing period only and are not prorated.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your account information and reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
